Procedure of Admission
- After Registration candidates will be notified of the date of Admission tests and interview. The qualifying written test in English, Math's , Hindi is held to assess the ability of children for admission to a particular class followed by an interview with the Principal. As the medium of instruction is English an understanding of English as well as average English speaking capability is a must for all applicants. Candidates qualifying in the test will be granted admission subjects to availability of seats, No admission is granted unless all the requirements are fulfilled. The Admission committee reserves the right to select the candidates based on their performance in the written test, interview and their aptitude, personality, intelligence and other capabilities. The decision of the Admission Committee will be final and binding in all cases. If a candidate fails to appear in the admission test/interview, his/her registration will lapse and the registration fee will be forfeited. However, the admission committee may conduct a special test, in a genuine case, if justified.
Once the candidates is selected, he / she is required to fulfill all the formalities and pay the necessary fees on the day of selection. If he / she fails to do so, the school is free to offer the seat to another in order of merit or position on the waiting list. Every child is required to bring a fitness certificate by an MBBS Doctor stating that the child is Medically/Physically fit. (The school authorities should be informed if the child has some problems like allergies, fits etc.)
The school, however reserves the right to decide the class in which a child may be placed on admission. The Principal does not bind himself / herself to furnish any reason for rejecting any application for admission. A child joining from any other school should carry his / her Transfer Certificate from the previous school. Admission to KG. or any other class should be accompanied by a Birth Certificate from the Municipal or competent authorities. The date of birth as declared at the time of admission cannot be altered later on in the school register. The Minimum age of admission in class KG. is 3 years and 6 months as on 1st April.
Two photographs of the child are to be submitted during admission.
Withdrawals
- If a child has to be withdrawn, from the school in mid term, the parents will have to pay whole term fees failing which the child's TC will be with held.
School Diary
- Every student must have his/her own school diary and must bring it to school daily for taking down daily home work and other instruction from the teachers.
Examination & Promotion
- The school works on continuous comprehensive evaluation system. Progress reports are sent to the parents after each test. They should be signed by the parents and returned to the school promptly. Attendance in all tests including oral and practical is compulsory. Only medical leave can be granted during the tests on production of a proper medical certificate.
Uniform
- Uniforms are available with the drapers authorized by the school at actual cost. On being granted admission to the school, new students are sent a clothing list, detailing the articles to be brought to the school by each child and listing those that the school will supply. Parents must ensure that no more and no less than the articles required are sent with the child. The school has the right to confiscate any article not mentioned in the list. We encourage a sense of equality and parents are advised not to send any expensive personal item(s) to school with their children since the school will not, under any circumstances, take responsibility for the loss of any such items.

Attendance
- Students are not granted leave of absence unless their parents send an application in writing for the same.
- If a student falls ill, it should be informed to the Principal at the earliest and entered in the leave of absence record of the school diary & a medical certificate duly attested by a registered medical practioner is to be provided..
- Late comers will not be admitted to class, unless they bring a written excuse in the late attendance record.
- If a student is not having a minimum of 75% attendance, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the final examination.
Cleanliness
Special care is taken to keep the school premises clean, tidy and attractive. Scribbling on the walls, desks and books is strictly forbidden and any student indulging in such malpractices is liable to be fined to compensate the loss and make good any damage done to the school furniture, apparatus or building.
Parent-Teacher Meeting (P.T.M)
To facilitate good rapport and to avoid communication gap between the parents and teachers, provision is made for parent-teacher meetings every month. Parents are expected to attend them regularly.
Fees
Fine at the rate of ten percent will be charged monthly in case the fee dues are in arrears for more than a month. The child will not attend class and no Transfer Certificate will be issued unless all dues are cleared along with the fine. Broken periods are not allowed under any circumstances. Fee will be charged for the whole duration, irrespective of the child's attendance. No reduction of fees will be made on account of any holiday/forced closure or temporary absence for any cause whatsoever.
A student joining the session or the hostel late despite being admitted will have to pay all charges of the term. There will be no reduction of fees on grounds of absence of the student. No child will not be allowed to join the new term until all the fee dues for the preceding term are cleared. The school will give the parents two bills in case of boarding and four bills in case of Day Scholars in the beginning of the session, in order to keep the parents informed of the students account status.The boarders have to pay 50% of the boarding charges on their admission and remaining 50% on 11`/12 july i.e., after three of their admission and for day scholars’ fees will be paid quarterly.
Late Fee
Fee is to be paid in full by 12th August for the full term of each year. There will be a penal charge of Rs.300/- per week of fee received late. Undue delay in payment of the fee could lead to the child's name being struck off the rolls, at the discretion of the Principal. Defaulters will have to pay per week from stipulated time late fee of Rs 300 in case of Day Scholars’ & Rs 600 in case of Boarders’.
School Rules
- The school diary has to be brought to the school every day and Parents/Guardian should see the diary for remarks, circulars etc. and act accordingly.
- All students must regularly attend the school in full school uniform.
- Every student shall maintain a high standard of discipline.
- All students should wear only the prescribed school uniform on all school days and at all school functions. Students are permitted to wear fancy dress on their Birthdays and on Children's Day celebrations. Students with wrong uniform will not be permitted to attend the class.
- Student using self arranged transport (not personal vehicle) should reach the school 15 minutes before the morning assembly.
- Causing damage to the property or things belonging to others will result in disciplinary action or/and fine.
- Only prescribed textbooks as per the time table and library books are to be brought to the school. All copies should be prescribed school copies and should be maintained well with a plastic cover over it.
- No valuables/ornaments/Mobile phones are permitted in the school.
- School is not responsible for goods lost by students.
- Parents/Guardians are not allowed to meet students or teachers during school time. If a parent wants to meet his ward or the teacher, for whatsoever reasons, he/she should take prior permission from the principal/Headmistress.
- Students are not granted leave except in case of genuine medical problems for which medical certificate from the school Doctor/Competent authority is to be submitted.
- No students will be permitted to leave the school during school hours on the basis of written request. Parents/Guardian should come personally to the school in case of emergency.
- Students who absent themselves form class days must bring a note of explanation on the following day in the school diary and submit it to the Principal/Headmistress before entering the class.
- Name of those students who absent themselves from the school without prior permission/information for a period exceeding 10 consecutive days will be removed from the school record. Fresh admission fee will be charged for re-admission.
- Students who suffer from infectious diseases should not attend the school until they are completely cured. Fitness certificate from a registered doctor/school doctor is mandatory before attending regular classes.
- Students should always speak ENGLISH language inside the school campus.
- Transfer certificate, Conduct Certificate and Progress Report will be issued only after clearing school dues (if any).
- Students are not allowed to be absent on the closing day/reopening day or whenever there is a school function.
- The intended withdrawal of a pupil should be made known to the office in writing one calendar month in advance otherwise one month's fee will be charged.
- The Principal reserves the right to cancel, add or amend any school rules.
Boarding Rules
- Students once admitted to the boarding will not be permitted to leave the hostel and become day scholars during the same academic year.
- Students should bring their own bedding and other items as per the list given by the warden.
- Students should keep their bed neat and clean.
- All Boarders should maintain a high standard of punctuality, discipline and behavior.
- Boarders are allowed to meet visitors whose photographs are submitted to the hostel warden by the Parents/Guardian. All 4th Sundays from 10 AM to 4PM Noon is fixed as visiting hours.
- All correspondence with the residential wing should be addressed to the Principal/Warden.
- Students are not permitted to keep any valuable items/ornaments/cash/mobile phones with them. The same can be deposited with the Warden and obtain a receipt. School is not responsible for goods or any item lost by the students.
- Hostel will remain closed during summer vacation.
- Local Parents/Guardians are allowed to take their wards home during important festivals and small vacations with prior permission from the Principal.
- All Boarders should report to the warden latest by 4:00 P.M. on the day prior to the opening of the school.
- Boarders will be sent/received only with Parents/Guardians.
- All Boarders should follow the school/Boarding rules and regulations strictly.
- A report of misconduct/bad behavior, obtained from the warden about an inmate will follow severe disciplinary action against the student with intimation to the parents.
- Students found using or possessing drugs or any kind of sedative medicines will be dismissed from the boarding and will be expelled from the school at once. Principal's decision will be final and irrevocable in this regard.
- The Principal reserves the right to suspend/expel a student from the boarding without assigning any reason.
- Parent/Guardian can change their wards from boarding to day boarding after the completion of an academic year. Such intended changes to be made known to the warden/School office in writing three months in advance otherwise three months boarding fee will be charged.
- The Principal reserves the right to alter, delete, cancel or add any boarding rule.
