Guidelines for Students & Parents

Procedure of Admission

After registration, candidates will be informed of the date of the admission test and interview. A written qualifying test in English, Mathematics, and Hindi is conducted to assess the child's suitability for admission to a particular class, followed by an interview with the Principal.

As the medium of instruction is English, students must have a basic understanding of and the ability to speak English. Admission is granted subject to the availability of seats and the fulfillment of all admission requirements. The Admission Committee reserves the right to select candidates based on their academic performance, aptitude, personality, intelligence, and overall potential. The decision of the committee shall be final.

Selected candidates must complete all admission formalities and pay the prescribed fees on the day of selection. A fitness certificate issued by a registered MBBS doctor is mandatory. A Transfer Certificate (where applicable) and a Birth Certificate (for KG and above) must also be submitted. The minimum age for admission to KG is 3 years and 6 months as of 1st April.

Withdrawals

  • If a student is withdrawn during the academic term, the entire term fee must be paid. Otherwise, the Transfer Certificate will be withheld.

School Diary

  • Every student must bring the school diary to school every day for homework, important instructions, and communication.

Examination & Promotion

  • The school follows a Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system. Attendance at all tests and examinations is compulsory. Leave during examinations on medical grounds requires a valid medical certificate.

Attendance

  • Leave must be requested in writing by the parents or guardians.
  • A medical certificate is required in case of illness.
  • Latecomers must bring a written explanation from their parents or guardians.
  • A minimum attendance of 75% is required to appear for the final examination.

Cleanliness

Students must maintain cleanliness at all times. Scribbling on walls, desks, furniture, or books is strictly prohibited. Any damage to school property will result in disciplinary action or a fine.

Parent-Teacher Meeting (P.T.M.)

Parent-Teacher Meetings (P.T.M.) are conducted regularly to ensure effective communication between parents and teachers regarding students' academic progress and overall development. Parents are expected to attend these meetings regularly.

School Rules

  • The school diary must be brought to school every day.
  • Students must attend school in full uniform.
  • Students must maintain discipline at all times.
  • Students are not allowed to bring valuables, ornaments, or mobile phones.
  • The school is not responsible for lost belongings.
  • Parents must obtain prior permission before meeting teachers.
  • A medical certificate is required in cases of infectious diseases.
  • Students must speak English on the school campus.
  • Certificates will be issued only after all dues have been cleared.
  • One month's prior notice is required for withdrawal.
  • The Principal reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
Parents, guardians, and students must be fully acquainted with the rules and regulations of the school. Ignorance of these rules shall not be accepted.
